Terms of Use

Your account

• You must be 18 or older. This is checked at registration.
• One account per person. It is used for both buying and selling.
• Your username is yours while your account is active. Usernames that impersonate someone else, or that we reserve, are not allowed.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.

Buying

• The price you see is the price you pay. Delivery and any tip are shown separately before you confirm, never added afterwards.
• An order records the price at the time you placed it. A later price change never alters a past order.
• Your contract for the product is with the maker. We take payment and hold it until the order completes.
• One checkout can contain items from several makers. Each becomes its own order, because each is dispatched separately and can be refunded separately.

Selling

• You must verify your identity and add a bank account before you can be paid. Your storefront can be live before that; money cannot move before it.
• List only what you actually make or sell, describe it accurately, and use your own photographs.
• You cannot approve your own storefront, your own verification, or your own payout. Every one of those is decided by someone else, and the software will not let it happen otherwise.
• Earnings clear about a week after an order completes. This is what lets a return be handled without taking money back out of your bank account.
• We take a platform fee on the goods total. We take nothing from a tip — a tip is for the maker.

Refunds and disputes

• Ask for a refund from the order page. The seller and, if needed, our team will look at it.
• A refund goes back the way it came — to your original payment method or your SHYRAM wallet.
• If buyer and seller disagree, either can raise a dispute and we will decide. We will explain the reason.

Your wallet

Money you add to your SHYRAM wallet can be spent here and cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. It is a balance for buying, not a deposit account. Only money you have earned as a seller, once cleared, can be paid out.

These are two separate balances and the software keeps them separate.

What is not allowed

• Counterfeit goods, or anything you do not have the right to sell
• Anything illegal to sell in India
• Fake reviews. Only a completed order can leave one, and we enforce that.
• Harassing other users, or scraping the site
• Trying to get around the payment system to deal off-platform

We can restrict or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we do, we will say why.

Where we stand

We are responsible for running the marketplace fairly, taking payment correctly, and keeping accurate records. We are not the manufacturer, and we do not guarantee that a product will suit you — that is between you and the maker, which is why we make the maker visible on every listing rather than hiding them behind a brand.

Where something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for it.
